An Unforgettable Summer

Hey Everyone,

Sorry I haven't updated my site in a while. I've been kind of busy. So I thought I would update about my summer and then what's going on in the present time in my life.

A couple months ago I went back home to visit everyone for a week. It was a lot of fun, and got to do a lot and see some familiar faces again, that I already miss. I came in early July, the 4th of July is very special to me and love being home to celebrate it with my friends and loved ones. I took some pictures, made some new memories, even a new friend so that was cool.

I had missed Amanda's Graduation, so I wanted to make it up to her and made a surprise party at Cheesecake Factory; a restaurant she'd never been to before. It was perfect! It was a bit more difficult to do because I'm no longer local, but I had help, and everything worked out wonderfully. I was very happy with the final outcome, and a good number of people showed up.

I got to go to the beach finally, after not seeing it for two whole years. I missed it so much. A little group of us went at night. It was so peaceful, and calming, as well as romantic. I met someone, and he came with us that evening. My friends let us spend some time alone together and it definitely was unforgettable, and powerful. I never shared a moment like that with someone before. We just sat near the water, talking, looking up at the stars, listening to the waves crash, and just enjoying each others' company.

We have made it a tradition that every visit we go to this special place in Pennsylvania. It was a great day, and a lot of fun. It's just a beautiful, and peaceful place to be; I love it. On the way there it was like going back in time; singing songs in the car and laughing like we were in high school again. Life is too short to be serious. Right? Right? ;)

Amanda had a BBQ at her house for the 4th of July. It was great, good food, good friends, taking pictures, and just kicking back and relaxing. BBQs' are awesome!

We went to the mall and just walked around one day, had a movie night, and a lot of good laughs. We saw Transformers Rise of the Fallen. It was really good. I was never a fan of Transformers growing up, but they did well on the movies. I definitely recommend you see it if you get the chance. I got to see some people that night I haven't seen in a while, so that was great.

I got to spend some time with my cousins. We went to the beach for the day, which happened to not be the greatest weather but we still had fun. We did a little bit of shopping and went out for dinner at a nice seafood place called Crab's Claw. It was very good food, and we even got a picture in before we left. We got to even go to New Brunswick's best kept secret: Thomas' Sweets. It was a sweet experience to have with my cousin Laura, and Matt. We ended the night with watching a movie at the house; Max Payne. That was another good movie if you like action movies.

I got to spend some time with Krystal, Dino, Jaden, and Matt around the end of my trip. Krystal dyed my hair, and it came out really nice. Matt and I went into the city for our first official date. We were going to see a comedy show but we didn't get to go that time. There's always next time, can't do everything in one visit.

So we ended up just walking around the city taking pictures, talking, buying a couple things, and just enjoying the night life in the city together. It was great to be in the city again, I never really have walked around there at night before; it was refreshing. That was the best date I'd ever been on my whole life, and that was definitely another unforgettable memory.

So I think that sums it up pretty well. If you have any suggestions for me to add anything, I'll take it under advisement and maybe add it in when I got some time.

So now I'm back in school, almost two weeks completed already. Fall semester starts early. It's been hard being back, but also another hard transition is getting back to school, waking up early, and doing homework again. So I'm a student again, and also doing some job hunting on the side; as well as working out and reaching my weight goal. I only got 5 more pounds to go! :) Ever since I started school a year ago, I've seen that time has been going by faster and semesters are beginning to fly by.

So that's basically it for now, just working hard in school, and trying to find a part-time job. It isn't easy but I'm not giving up. If you would like to know anything more, and you got my number; give me a call and we'll catch up. Leave me some love, I don't ask for much and it really means a lot to me.

Ciao for now! ^_~
